Turkey exported about 2.36 mln tons of rebar in the first seven months of 2025, up 24pct YoY, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Yemen was the largest buyer with 436,500 tons, followed by Romania (224,500 tons), Albania (140,100 tons), the UK (106,300 tons), and Syria (104,600 tons).
In July alone, Turkey shipped 352,700 tons of rebar, a 6pct increase from last year and 20pct higher than June.
