UAE developer Arada has awarded a USD 594 mln construction contract to Dubai-based United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC) for the development of Madar Mall, the retail and entertainment hub at the center of the Aljada megaproject in Sharjah.
Work will begin immediately, with completion scheduled for December 2028, the company said.
