Tenaris said its subsidiary, Steel Recycling Services, has acquired the Beaver Falls scrap processing yard from SA Recycling. The 39-acre facility sits next to Tenaris’s steelmaking plant in Koppel, Pennsylvania, offering a strategic advantage for raw material supply.
The acquisition will allow Tenaris to integrate scrap processing directly with its steel production, improving efficiency and strengthening its domestic manufacturing footprint. SA Recycling will continue to operate the yard during a transition period through early 2026, the company said.
