Calderys has entered into a strategic partnership with Saudi-based Binzagr to establish a new refractory manufacturing facility in Jubail, strengthening its regional footprint.
The 16,300 m2 plant, operated by Calderys, will produce refractory castables, precast shapes, and lances under the HWI and Calderys brands, supplying key sectors including iron and steel, aluminum, cement, and petrochemicals.
Saudi Arabia, the region’s largest refractory market, will be the primary focus of the new facility. Production is scheduled to begin in April 2026.
