This comprehensive upgrade involved revamping the PLC, converters, recipe systems, and HMI, requiring specialized knowledge to minimize downtime. AIC’s skilled team ensured a seamless transition, achieving a rapid ramp-up with minimal operational disruption, reducing downtime to just a few hours.
Beyond delivering automation and modernization solutions, AIC played a key role in system activation, provided extensive training for plant personnel, and continued to offer ongoing support, including spare parts when needed.
