East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry has announced the resignation of CEO Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Shaheen, citing personal reasons, according to a filing on the stock exchange.
The company stated that it will provide updates regarding the appointment or interim assignment of a new CEO in due course.
Established in 2010, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry is a leading manufacturer of Helical Spiral Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes in Saudi Arabia with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.
