UAE’s Emirates Building Systems (EBS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC, has commissioned a new high-capacity roll bending machine as part of efforts to enhance its structural steel fabrication capabilities.
The newly installed RCMI 400 profile roll bending machine expands EBS’s ability to undertake complex and large-radius profile bending, supporting projects that require high levels of precision, strength and reliability. According to the company, the machine can bend profiles such as IPE 600 to a radius of up to 30,000 mm, HEA 550 up to 40,000 mm, and HEB 500 up to 30,000 mm.
EBS said that the investment is expected to strengthen the company’s capacity to support large-scale infrastructure, industrial and architectural projects that require high-quality curved steel profiles.
Founded in 1997, EBS specializes in designing, fabricating, and erecting high-quality steel structures. With an annual production capacity exceeding 75,000 tons, its portfolio includes hot-rolled structures for industrial facilities, high-rise buildings, bridges, built-up sections, and pre-engineered buildings.
