South Korea’s Ssangyong Engineering & Construction has secured a USD 250 mln contract to construct two high-rise residential towers under the Avenue Park Tower development in Downtown Dubai.
The project has been awarded by Dubai’s state-owned real estate developer Wasl. Under the contract, Ssangyong E&C will deliver two mixed-use residential buildings, incorporating office and commercial facilities, with construction scheduled for completion within 32 months.
