Group Five Pipe Saudi Co. has signed a SAR 270.6 mln (USD 72 mln) contract, including VAT, with Saudi Aramco for the manufacture and supply of spiral welded steel pipes.
The contract was signed on September 17, 2026, and has a duration of four months. The pipes will be manufactured and supplied for one of Aramco’s projects.
The financial impact is expected to be reflected in the second and third quarters of fiscal year 2027, according to a Saudi Exchange filing.
Group Five Pipe is a major regional supplier of spiral pipes, with five production lines and annual capacity of 700,000 tons. The company is expanding capacity by a further 350,000 tons, which will lift total capacity to over 1 mln tons per year, with the new capacity expected to come online in January 2027.
