Sweid & Sweid has awarded the construction contract for Sweid One, its USD 199 mln Grade-A office development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, to Dutco Construction.
The project, which will provide 500,000 square feet of office space, is already under construction and is set for completion in Q4 2026.
