Saudi Arabia’s View United Real Estate Development Company has secured a USD 43.7 mln contract to build a residential tower in the Al-Nakheel district on King Fahd Road in Riyadh.
The agreement, signed with Shams Holding Company, has a construction timeline of 30 months, starting from the commencement of work, according to a filing with the Saudi Stock Exchange.
