Meydan, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a USD 144 mln contract to Bhatia General Contracting Company for the construction of the Naya at District One project.
Located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Naya at District One will feature three residential towers with green roofs, offering 456 apartments and lagoon villas.
Bhatia General Contracting will be responsible for building Tower 1 (G+20), Tower 2 (G+12), and Tower 3 (G+16), as well as the project’s amenities. The development is expected to be completed by Q3 2027.
