Meydan, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract worth over USD 272 mln to Ginco General Contracting for the construction of Phase Two of District One West in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Ginco will build luxury villas ranging from four to six bedrooms, along with associated infrastructure and other works. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028.
