Sumou Real Estate Company has signed two contracts with Saudi Railway Company for the development of commercial projects, valued at USD 17.15 mln, according to a stock exchange filing.
The first contract involves the development of the Al-Malaz commercial project in Riyadh, with completion expected within 26 months of receiving the site.
The second contract is for the development of the Arina Commercial project in Dammam, set for completion within 33 months as per the agreement.
