China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) has officially begun operations at its modular building factory for the Sedra housing project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Spanning 200,000 square meters, the facility will produce prefabricated components for Sedra’s fully modular villas while supporting future prefabricated construction initiatives in the country.
Sedra is Riyadh’s first integrated residential community and the flagship project of PIF-backed developer Roshn. Equipped with advanced robotics and a proprietary production management system, the factory enables a fully digitalized workflow covering design, production, and storage, CHEC stated.
