Turkey’s rebar exports reached 3.43 mln tons in 2024, remaining largely stable compared to 3.39 mln tons in 2023, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Yemen was the top importer of Turkish rebar last year, receiving 659,300 tons, followed by Albania with 217,000 tons and Romania with 209,480 tons.
In December 2024, rebar exports rose 4pct YoY and 16pct from the previous month, totaling 360,960 tons.
