Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) has signed an agreement with Germany’s Allied Heat Exchange AG (A-HEAT) to establish the GCC’s largest heat exchanger production facility.
Spanning 1.2 mln square feet with a built-up area of 400,000 square feet, the built-to-suit facility will be located in DP World’s flagship free zone and operated by Guntner, A-HEAT’s leading brand. Founded in 1931 in Munich, Guntner is a global leader in heat transfer technology.
The facility will serve as a key production and distribution hub, enhancing A-HEAT’s supply chain efficiency and enabling faster, more flexible deliveries across the GCC, India, China, Africa, and Asia.
