Modon Holding has awarded a construction contract valued at USD 272 mln to Trojan Construction Group for the Maysan development in Abu Dhabi. Trojan will undertake construction of the Mayar and Thoraya districts on Reem Island.
According to Modon, the Mayar district will feature 60 townhouses and 132 stacked maisonettes, while Thoraya will include 184 townhouses.
