UAE-based Ellington Properties has selected Aroma International Building Contracting as the main contractor for The Sanctuary, its first villa community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), a planned mixed-use development in Dubai.
The project is set for completion in the second quarter of 2026, according to a press release from the company.
