Taraf, the real estate division of UAE-based investment holding group Yas Holding, has started the groundbreaking for the W Residences Abu Dhabi – Al Maryah Island, marking the debut of W Hotels-branded residences in Abu Dhabi.
The commencement of construction for this significant project was confirmed by the property developer in a recent press release. Taraf has appointed NSCC International as the contractor for the project, with work beginning in December 2024.
